ONE PLAN Maintenance Cost Breakdown

For only $13.00 plus HST more per month, you can add your air conditioner to your existing furnace plan.

All ONE PLAN programs include coverage for any part that may break or prematurely fail within the year, provided the furnace has been maintained.

The ONE PLAN will also cover the labour costs to perform the repairs in regular daytime hours. If you have not been a customer of Ottawa Plumbing and Heating in the past, and you cannot prove previous yearly maintenance, we will provide a Complete Comprehensive Checklist Check-up for only $99 + HST.

This will give you a complete report on whether your equipment needs attention, needs adjustment, needs service or none of the above. Once we determine the health of your equipment, we will enter into a ONE PLAN for your equipment.
